HOPELESS HEROIC’S ’200 Tour’ hits the Capital TONIGHT!!

Crazy dream-chasing rockers HOPELESS HEROIC hit the Capital TODAY on their mad-cap adventure, playing 200 gigs in one year!!

They’ve quit their jobs, quit their girlfriends and quit their homes all in the name of Rock n Roll!!  Come rain or shine, broken bones or torn vocal chords they’ll be performing 200 shows to promote their debut album ‘Become The Monster’, out in all good record stores NOW!!

With an intense passion to inspire people to chase their dreams, the Scottish quintet intend ‘Become The Monster’ to be the soundtrack to do it to. Touring schools and universities the band preaches the message that anything is possible with hard work and a modicum of talent.

An idea proven, to a point, by Frontman Gavin Bain who was one half of Rap group Silibil N’ Brains, who in 2004, conned the Rap World into believing they were American (having been told repeatedly that they’d never make it being Scottish), signed to Sony, toured with Eminem and partied hard with Madonna…..till they crashed and burned.

Gav then returned to his one true love…ROCK, formed HOPELESS HEROIC and the rest is history. The BBC have made a documentary about him ‘The Great Hip Hop Hoax’ and Irvin Welsh has written a screen play on his life, which goes into production later this year.

Throw Rage against the Machine, Billy Talent, Story of The Year and Hanz Zimmer into a blender and you get HOPELESS HEROIC, brandishing the kind of monstrous sound Dr Frankenstein would be proud of. Gut busting guitars, battling majestic violin riffs slashed with katana-like precision, beaten repeatedly with a ferocious lyricism and driven by a thunderous rhythm section….this is as epic a debut as you’re ever likely to get!
