We´ve uploaded the downloadable pdf version of the Running Order.

Meet & Greet 2012
We have also released the Meet & Greet schedule of 2012!
Here you can see where and when you favorite artists at W:O:A 2012 will give autographs.
The Meet & Greets (Relentless Meet & Greet as well as F:M:A Meet & Greet) will take place on 3 days (Thursday to Saturday) at 2 stands.

There will be autograph sessions at the Relentless Meet & Greet Stand (POS. 26) and Full:Metal:Army Fanclub Stand (POS. 25).

Deadline for Metal Travel online reservation is July 26.
We still have a few beds and rooms, including daily transfers and tickets, available in our Hostel in Albersdorf!
Online reservation for Metal Travel room packages and bus transfers from Hamburg and Berlin to Wacken are available until 26th of July on www.metaltravel.de
We strongly recommend to make your reservation before that date. If you missed the deadline, we kindly ask you to come directly to the bus. Our representatives will try their best to accommodate you.

In the last week we did a lot of updates on our Shuttle Bus Schedule, Opening Hours, the Festival Alphabet as well as Camping Site- and Holy Wacken Land Plan. The most important changes/improvements can be found here:

A new bus tour was added in the section Shuttle bus Wacken heading to Itzehoe – On Friday to Saturday, 04.00 am -the last bus back to Itzehoe was added

Additional schedules (times only) for every stage were added (band schedule can be found as ever in our Running Order)
CAMPINGSITE PLAN & HOLY WACKEN LAND PLAN
Besides some small position corrections we added the position of the new breakdown service of Autozentrale (car central) Koch on campground K
FESTIVAL ALPHABET
Besides on ground actions like the new “Air guitar Metal Battle Worldwide”, The Electric Hotel or Pole Sitting we did some new entries regarding
breakdown service (for example the new free breakdown service of “Autozentrale Koch”), behavior in case of severe weather, locker trucks (with prices), Wi-Fi Tickets or our downloadable Wacken Apps.
For all of you who are already planning the trip to Wacken we want to refer on our new Travel Tool!
There you get all necessary info about travelling to Wacken concentrated in one section. Additionally you can use the integrated W:O:A route planer which supports you with all

Bullhead City Circus Glow in the dark!
This year the giant Bullhead City Circus will be enlightened for the first time by Aerosol Light. Light linings and textures will evolve over the curved surface of the 8 pylon tent and create a unique atmosphere.
Besides analogue subjects of the graphics designer Timm Knoerr the “Lord Of Logos” Christophe Szpajdel has created a special Wacken layout which will be screened on the tent in co-operation with Aerosol.

Metal Battle Winner Germany – Fateful Finality
The Winner has been chosen – Fateful Finality won the final!
On 11th July 2012 this year’s final of the german Wacken Metal Battle took place at the Rockharz Festival 2012, where Fateful Finality (winner Southern Germany) and Kyonic (winner Northern Germany) had to compete against each other.
Following their gigs, a jury rated them and announced the winner – Fateful Finality will be playing for Germany in Wacken and compete with the winners of the other countries!

Autozentrale Koch – Breakdown Service at Wacken
This year our auto mobile partner “Autozentrale Koch” (car central Koch) will offer a breakdown and repair Service for cars of all trademarks directly on the festival ground.
The service car can be called by phone – the restoraiton of the roadworthiness on the area is for free.
(Exception: Spare parts – these have to be paid.)
The drivers of each car will be asked for a little donation to the Wacken Foundation – about the amount can be decided by yourself.
In case of the unfortunate circumstance that a repair on spot is not possible the cars will be towed and send for repair to the next workshops in Schenefeld or Itzehoe (fee required)
/ before the car will be towed a job sheet will be written.
The position of the Service-Mobile is on Campground K.
This is an offer of the campany Autozentrale Koch, Dorfstr. 1, 25524 Itzehoe.
The service agreement will be closed between Autozentrale Koch and the festival visitor.
The WOA Service number on the festival ground will be +49 (0) 157-39556661
The number is only active during the festival in the time from Tuesday 12.01pm to Sunday 02.00pm
