Summary:

Great vocals, great guitar riffs and catchy rock songs that you'll want to hear again and again.

Australian rockers Massive are back with their second album, Destination Somewhere.  It’s the follow up to their excellent 2014 debut album, Full throttle.   As with the first album, there’s plenty of high energy rock and roll.

The first track on the album is the first single to be released from the album – “One for the road”.  Check out the video here…

It’s a good sign when the opening track is the first single – a strong opening to the album gets you hooked and wanting to hear more, and that’s certainly the case here.

You might be forgiven then for thinking that they might slow the pace for the next song or two, but that’s not the case – if anything things get faster, heavier and better with the next song, “Blood money blues”.

The instrumental section during “Sinking ship” is great – fast drums, a nice guitar solo, and it works well within the song.

This is a great album – it’s more mature than the first one but doesn’t lose the power and energy that the band had in their debut album.  Great vocals, great guitar riffs and catchy rock songs that you’ll want to hear again and again.

“Destination somewhere” will be released on 22nd April 2016 via Earache records
