Nothing More Drop New Video ‘Here’s To The Heartache’

NOTHING MORE release new video ‘Here’s To The Heartache’.

Texan quartet NOTHING MORE, the musical hydra that runs on frenetic passion, unswerving DIY spirit and relentless sonic experimentation, have just dropped a new video for ‘Here’s To The Heartache’  Taken from their self-titled debut album for Eleven Seven Music, it was filmed in Los Angeles and directed by Josh Sobel.
Here’s To The Heartache’ is an abstract, introspective glimpse into the passion and the despair of relationships. Quoting best-selling author and speaker, Steve Marabolli, Jonny Hawkins (vocalist) offers this explanation behind the song, “’As I look back on my life, I realize that every time I thought I was being rejected from something good, I was actually being re-directed to something better.’’ Hawkins goes on to explain, “This quote sums up the heart of this song. We’ve seen failed relationships lead to soul mates. Crippling weakness, uncover hidden strength, and epic loss pave the way for greatness. For us, ‘believing it would work out’ led to things working out. Was it ever easy? No. Was it always worth it? Yes. So, here’s to the heartache…”

The band have just kicked off a short headline run in Europe which will be their first dates since they gained an army of fans touring with The Pretty Reckless and Halestorm. Hawkins commented “This is our 4th trip to Europe, but the first time we will get to play a full headline set. It’s also our last tour on this album before heading back into the studio. We are going to give everything we have on this one… Get ready Europe!” Tickets are on sale now at:www.livenation.co.uk/artist/nothing-more-tickets.

Releasing their self-titled album last year, the lead single ‘This Is The Time (Ballast)’ saw this previously unknown band grabbing the No 1 slots at Active Rock Radio and Sirius Radio stateside. The video for the #1 track has notched up over 7.5 Million views so far. Watch it here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yo5fE-Zl-V4. The band were also nominated in the Best International Newcomer category at this years’ Kerrang Awards who recognized that the band were crucial to the future of rock music and how it flourishes, in the same way that Tool, Deftones, and At the Drive-In were upon first debuting.

Revolver, Alternative Press and  Billboard named NOTHING MORE as a band to watch, and press all over the world agreed.  The Guardian noted that “with razor-sharp melodies and fiercely intelligent but mischievously cryptic lyrics, Nothing More will be massive in 12 months’ time.” Kerrang! called their music “Hard rocking, profoundly compelling and ferociously intelligent,” and warns to“… expect big things from this lot in the very near future,”  and Metal Hammer said their debut was “…infectious, abrasive and well… stunning.”
