Sandi Thom announces “Flesh And Blood” album launch party


Scottishsinger-songwriter, guitarist and harp player, Sandi Thom,will release her Rich Robinson (Black Crowes) produced new studio album “FleshAnd Blood” on Monday Sept 17th.

Released by Sandi’s independentrecord label Guardian Angels, “Flesh And Blood” is her fourth soloalbum, and was recorded at 16 Tons Studios in Nashville. As well as producingthe album, Robinson also plays guitar, heading-up a stellar backing bandcomprising Black Crowes drummer Steve Gorman and guitarist Audley Freed alongside legendary RollingStones saxophonist Bobby Keys. The album includes a duet with thelegendary Buffy Sainte-Marie (one of Sandi’s all time favourite artists)on Buffy’s classic “The Big Ones Get Away”.

To celebrate the album’srelease, on Thursday September 20th, Sandi will perform an intimateconcert at London’s Gibson Guitar Studios. Fans who want to attend can apply for strictly limited free-of-charge guest list places by emailing their name and address to enquiries@guardianangelsrecords.com.The lucky applicants will then be contacted prior to the event with further information.
