Shinedown are returning to the UK in October/November to play a string of dates in support of their latest release ‘Amaryllis’. It will be the second time round the american rockers have toured this album and will no doubt be to sell out crowds yet again!
Amaryllis, the bands fourth studio album, a long awaited release since Sound of Madness in 2008! The sound to Amaryllis is more sided to the rock genre than the metal sound that fueled the Sound Of Madness album, which is not a bad thing, as the with this release, if you are like me and be a fan from the beginning you will appreciate the softer side to the bands song writing. For new fans, hearing the band for the first time the album will blow you away!
The album features the track ‘I’m Alive’, a song contributed to the soundtrack of the Avengers movie which was release back in May.
