Tax The Heat – Release New Single And Announce Tour Dates

TAX THE HEAT, Bristol’s rising stars, release the brand new single: “Highway Home” this coming Monday, September 22nd the track will be available at all major online retailers. Following the success of Tax The Heat’s previous, critically acclaimed, single: “Fed to the Lions”, the new release will have a worldwide exclusive airing by Planet Rock Radio on Paul Anthony’s Breakfast show from 8:00am GMT.

The brand new single – “Highway Home”, was recorded at Riverside Studios in Bath where the band previously recorded their debut EP, with the recording taking place in between their summer tours supporting Black Star Riders and The Graveltones to complete what has been a busy summer for the “tight, ferocious, crowd-pleasing, guitar-wielding, solo-humping, belting Blues Rock n Roll band” (Altsounds.com). Highway Home was produced, recorded and mixed by Steve Evans, whose previous credits include Robert Plant, Siouxsie Sioux and Goldfrapp.

The following day Tax The Heat head out on the road to support ‘The Virginmarys’ on their tour and have recently been announced as one of the special guests for shows with ‘Thunder’ in March 2015, alongside ‘Reef’, dates as follows:
