In light of the announcement the quintet have revealed the EP’s title track, which was given its first spin on Alex Baker’s Kerrang! Fresh Blood show.

Of the single, the band comment:

“Broken Nation is the 6th track on the record and is the heart of the message of the EP, which is a means to revolutionise our country and bring it back into the hands of the people.”

Values will play an EP release show on the 19th February in their hometown of Leeds at The Key Club.

Pre-orders for Broken Nation will launch on Friday 22nd January at 6pm here: http://bit.ly/1nBiebo

Having formed less than 12 months ago, Values came together through a crossover of the member’s previous projects Anchored By Avarice and Portraits, citing influence from While She Sleeps and The Ghost Inside. The quintet’s craftsmanship puts them way ahead of their time, combining crushingly heavy elements with gripping melodies to deliver a cut-throat brand of metal. A band of depth and sincerity, the lyrical themes on this debut release delve into their experience of life in a broken nation, and now it’s time for Values to project their message to the masses.
