NLC “ROCKIN FOR THE CHILDREN” FESTIVAL
Saturday 2nd May and Sunday 3rd May 2015
The Maze, Nottingham.
Now into it’s fifth year the Noize Level Critical Festival has undergone a change of name to “Rockin For The Children”, this is due to BiG D now adding a second very worthy Charity to raise awareness and funds for. The Festival now raises much needed funds for Rock Against Child Pornography and Abuse UK and Awareness for Autism, ALL profits will be split equally between the two Charities.
2015 will see a 20 Band line up over 2 days on 1 indoor stage so no one will miss a single performance from some of the best Underground Rock Acts in the UK. Many of the bands have played Download, Bloodstock, HRH, Hammerfest, Camden rocks and toured with some of the biggest names in Rock Music.
Saturday will see the awesome Falling Red headline the festival fresh from their own tour and a Band who know how to finish a party in style after touring with Steel Panther and headlining many of their own UK tours. The Saturday line up is one of the strongest the Festival has ever had and will have a real feel of Hard Rock throughout the day.
Sunday will have a full on Rock n Roll feel to it with several of the bands playing returning to the Festival, along with some awesome bands once again the party bar is raised when we welcome Hell on High Heelz to the stage to Dance along with some of the bands playing. Fahran will be the headliners for the Sunday, a fantastic band whos Album “Chasing Hours” received rave reviews from across the Rock World, not only outstanding on CD but live they certainly take it to another level, Local to the Nottingham area this is one not to miss. To finish the Sunday party we have put together the NLC ALL STARS which is a band featuring friends from Cradle of Filth, People on Vacation and the Dollyrots to name a few plus singers from bands throughout the day.
So a packed 2 days that will give everyone something to remember, great bands, great Beer, and most of all great company, a few quotes from 2014:
