One good deed deserves another. It’s always nice to see musicians utilise their talent for the greater good. In this instance Jimmy Mac from Pteroglyph has solely created a huge happy metal tune in the guise of philanthropy and good will that will benefit a charity of his choice.

‘My Way Home’ is a charity video single that will be released on 23rd June, and all proceeds collected will be entirely donated to charity. The video is light-hearted, happy and fun, featuring the band dressed up as bears, rocking out in the woods.   The charity that Jimmy has chosen is a local charity to him, and it is the Martin House Children’s Hospice.

The single will be for sale at www.pteroglyph.bandcamp.com

Alternatively, if you wish to do so then you can donate directly to the charity here: www.justgiving.com/pteroglyph

“The aim of Martin House is to provide family led care for children with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses. It is a place where children, young people and their families can come to stay from time to time along their journey and find support, rest and practical help. It is a place of love and understanding, a peaceful place but one that can also have a lively, friendly atmosphere full of fun and laughter, where children and their families can enjoy the best quality of life.”- Martin House.
