Welcome back to The Midwich Affair, the Staffordshire based ankle biters who have sussed that living deliciously is a far better choice than living dangerously, point proven by the release of their brand new single, ‘The Art Of Living Deliciousy’. Their metamorphosis transition from being a covers band to originals has given them a new lease of life to be a musical butterfly so to speak.
I think it’s their heaviest song so far, musically and of the songs subject matter. A low end bass guitar rumble steamrollers along throughout four speaker rattling minutes, backed by razor sharp riffs, a saccharine sweet tinged lead vocal, ending on a full on bluster!
