It’s 2025 and time to get wrecked with Robert Jon & The Wreck, as they release ‘Ashes In The Snow’, a single taken from a forthcoming 2025 studio album on Journeyman Records. It brings to mind the beauty of ‘Tired From Drinking Alone’ for a ballad of sheer beauty, a real tearjerker to say the least. Heart worn on sleeve verses ascend to choruses that defy belief, such are their majesty alongside the guitar prowess from Henry Schneekluth, ending the single on those shimmering choruses.
The Orange County, California based rockers are currently playing an extensive tour of the U.S and E.U spring tour dates.
Henry adds,” We wrote this in the fall of 2023 during a jam session with H.Jack Williams, taking an idea he had and building off of it. It was one of the first songs we put together for our sessions with producer Dave Cobb. When we started recording, Dave suggested adjustments to the arrangement, leaving a feeling of spontaneity to the track . Dave even played rhythm guitar, which is prominently featured. The result is something fresh and exciting that we’re incredibly proud of”.
