ABYSMAL DAWN released their new album Obsolescence last fall via Relapse Records. Met with critical acclaim and some of the band’s best reviews yet, Obsolescence is a veritable beast of a record and the perfect example of what 21st century death metal should sound like.
In support of Obsolescence, ABYSMAL DAWN will hit the road again this winter. This run starts with a string of headline dates that kick off February 1st in Las Vegas, NV and run through February 6th in Panama Beach, FL. Following those dates, ABYSMAL DAWN will join up with 1349, Origin and Wolvhammer on February 8th in Tampa, FL and will run through February 23rd in New York, NY. ABYSMAL DAWN will also return to Europe this March as part of The Death to All Tour. A complete list of dates can be found below.
During the process of recording the album the band shot performance videos for the song “Perfecting Slavery”. Head HERE to see the band perform the song together. The song also features a guest guitar solo from Christian Muenzner (ex-Obscura, ex-Necrophagist, Spawn of Possession, Alkaloid)
