Captain Horizon album release, new music video

Midlands-based alternative rockers Captain Horizon release their incredible 2nd album “Imitation Sun” on 11th May 2015 via Rocksector Records & celebrate with the release of the new music video ‘The Dark’.

The album has already begun to garner critical praise….

POWERPLAY magazine.. ‘riffs are chunky & sharp, modern & retro.. moments of real classic rock shine like diamonds’

MAXIMUM VOLUME WEBZINE.. ‘this record proves categorically that there’s no one else quite like them & you should accept no imitations’

‘The Dark’ music video is available for viewing immediately at the band’s Youtube channel.

The band have tended to be inherently difficult to categorize, thereby achieving a widespread appeal. Guitarist Josh Watson comments..‘We write energetic music with guitars, drums and passionate vocals and even though we don’t really know what genre we actually fit into, it’s an interesting development that this album sounds unified and purposeful’.

A free single ‘Can’t You See What I’ve Become’ is also available at https://soundcloud.com/rocksector whilst the album is live now at the customary retailers such as Amazon (physical & digital), iTunes & also direct from Rocksector Records.

The band plays an album launch event on 22nd May at Birmingham, O2 Academy 3, plus 2 special sets at this years’ SOS Festival inManchester, in July.
