DARK QUARTERER’s vaunted 2008 album Symbols is getting the deluxe reissue treatment from Cruz Del Sur Music. Remastered and specially packaged in Limited Edition (350 copies) double-LP vinyl format, Symbols will be reissued on July 8 in North America. Re-recorded bonus track “Devil Stroke” makes this 80-minute package an essential reissue for fans and newcomers alike! Stream remastered track “Wandering in the Dark” below.
Symbols is the band’s third full length album, originally released in 2008 on compact disc by My Graveyard Productions. It’s the album that breaks the rules of the previous releases and contributes to create DARK QUARTERER’s current sound, an original, almost perfect mixture of Italian 70s prog rock music and the galloping sound of metal epic raids.
The album was inspired by historical characters whose stories have contributed to create our western principles thanks to their integrity and moral example.
