Summary:

It's almost like the Wild West all over again as EDDIE 9V rustles up a new single 'Halo', taken from his Saratoga studio album, released via Ruf Records on Friday, November 22nd, 2024.

It’s time to whoop and a holler like a lucky son of a gun as EDDIE 9V releases ‘Halo’, a single taken from his upcoming studio album Saratoga, to be released on Friday,November 22nd,2024, via Ruf Records. During November and December in the UK, he’ll be supporting Robert Jon & The Wreck, as well as playing his own headlining shows.

The Atlanta, Georgia based guitar slinger, at the tender age of 15, paved his way to the roots and blues club circuit there.

To my ears it’s a song of sheer beauty, even though the songs subject is about love lost. It meanders along on a breezy shuffle that almost stops time for five sultry minutes of bubbling keyboards, prominent brass stabs, stratospheric height reaching backing vocals, soothing acoustic guitar and a falsetto lead vocal from Eddie that left me breathless!
