A most welcome return from Bristol based chanteuse Elles Bailey, sees her release ‘Lean On My Love’, second single taken from her, ‘The Night Owl And The Lark’ EP, due out on February 23rd, 2024.
This single is a gospel drenched heartbreaker that still manages to raise a smile, such is its diversity. Elles wrings every last drop of emotion she can muster in five fulfilling minutes of beauty. Keyboards provide a pulsing palette for bubbling bass and electric guitar lines to let it spread its wings for a full on band outro.

Elles proclaims the origin of ‘Lean On My Love’. “During lockdown season one, Mike Morgan, a writer from America reached out to me, saying he had a bunch of lyrics and would I like to put some music to them. So for the first time ever, I sat down and composed the music and melody, inspired by the lyrics.”
