It’s been an eventful 12 months for Swedish metal trio Grand Magus – a successful support tour with Amon Amarth, a slew of festival dates, a change of drummer and the release of their strongest album to date, ‘The Hunt’.
As the band return to the UK for the second time in less than a year, Planet Mosh caught up with bassist Fox backstage at a Belfast nightclub to discuss aforesaid issues, plus why they struggle to be accepted in their native homeland and their apparent indifference towards ‘breaking’ the United States….
Grand Magus’ hunt continues in Dublin tonight and then returns to the UK as follows:
Tuesday February 26th – Manchester, Moho
Wednesday February27th – Cardiff, Bogiez
Thursday 28th – Wolverhampton, Slade Rooms
Friday March 1st – Weymouth, Pavilion
Saturday March 2nd – Southampton, Talking Heads
Sunday March 3rd – London, Camden Underworld
