Atlantic recording group Halestorm has announced details of their massively anticipated new album. ‘INTO THE WILD LIFE’ will be released in the UK on April 6, with pre-orders launching from midnight tonight.

‘INTO THE WILD LIFE’ marks the GRAMMY® Award-winning hard rock band’s third studio album and follow-up to 2012’s chart-topping ‘THE STRANGE CASE OF…’ Recorded last year in Nashville with GRAMMY®-nominated producer Jay Joyce (Cage The Elephant, Eric Church) at the helm, the album is heralded by stunning new single, ‘Apocalyptic’.

”Apocalyptic’ will be available to buy on iTunes from midnight tonight, and also as an ‘instant grat’ for fans pre-ordering the new album. As an initial promotion, you will be able to pre-order the album for just £6.99, and the deluxe version with bonus tracks for £8.99. These prices will rise in due course. There will also be an exclusive offer with Amazon UK for a limited number of signed albums. [The album’s front cover artwork is attached].

“‘INTO THE WILD LIFE’ is not a departure,” says Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale. “It’s an invitation to all things Halestorm.  Lyrically and musically, we explored everything that makes us tick. We set a new standard for this record and gave ourselves no choice other than to be unapologetically ourselves in every way. Peel away at the onion that is our third record if you dare and let us drag you deeper into our world.”

The track listing is:

  1. Scream
  2. I Am The Fire
  3. Sick Individual
  4. Amen
  5. Dear Daughter
  6. New Modern Love
  7. Mayhem
  8. Bad Girls World
  9. Gonna Get Mine
  10. The Reckoning
  11. Apocalyptic
  12. What Sober Couldn’t Say
  13. I Like It Heavy

Widely acknowledged as one of modern hard rock’s most explosive live acts, Halestorm will celebrate ‘INTO THE WILD LIFE’ by kicking things off with a headline UK & Ireland tour*, starting February 27 in Dublin, and wrapping up 12 shows later in Manchester, on March 14. Support comes from Nothing More and Wilson. The band will then continue touring across Europe, and from April 22, embark on an epic US headline run until June, taking along The Pretty Reckless as their US special guests.

Meanwhile, Halestorm is currently supporting US country superstar Eric Church, with dates through early February. The “Outsiders World Tour” continues the surprising pairing of Halestorm and Church, a collaboration begun when the country icon teamed with Lzzy Hale for a show-stopping duet performance of his hit single, ‘That’s Damn Rock & Roll’, on the high profile, televised 2014 CMT Music Awards.

Released in 2012, ‘THE STRANGE CASE OF…’ debuted at #1 on Billboard’s “Hard Rock Albums” chart while also making a top 15 entry onto the overall SoundScan/Billboard 200. The album’s exceptional success was fueled in large part by the singles, ‘I Miss The Misery’, ‘Love Bites (So Do I)’ and ‘Freak Like Me’, the latter two which made history by ascending to #1 at US Active Rock radio outlets nationwide, marking Halestorm as the first-ever female-fronted group to top the format’s airplay ranking.   As if that weren’t enough, ‘Love Bites (So Do I)’ went on to earn the band their first-ever GRAMMY® for ‘Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance’ at 2013’s 55th annual event.
