HEVY FEST 2016 is very excited to announce its first wave of bands, continuing the reinvigoration of one of the UK’s most exciting festivals.
With both headliners still to come, announced today are: punk titans REFUSED, technical metal frontrunners SIKTH, metalcore heavyweights WHILE SHE SLEEPS and instrumental legendsANIMALS AS LEADERS.
They join unique grime-metal outfit Hacktivist, Gnarwolves, Krokodil, No Consequence, Devil Sold His Soul, Forever Never, Vukovi, Murdock, and When Our Time Comes.
All of this PLUS two headliners still to come and loads other huge bands for only £79 makes Hevy the best-value rock music festival in the UK this summer.

With a history of booking bands ranging from Andrew W.K. to Meshuggah, not forgetting other huge names including Thrice, Coheed & Cambria, Converge and The Dillinger Escape Plan, Hevy has built a strong reputation for delivering diverse and ambitious line-ups, and 2016 will be no exception. Four headliners plus over 50 great bands and DJs will perform across the two days, there will be a great range of food outlets and a glamping option for those who like to do festivals in style!
Set for a brand new location this year with ample room to expand, Hevy is set to reclaim its title as the UK’s best small sized outdoor festival in 2016.
