Joe Bonamassa, the Peter Pan of rock and blues returns with a brand new single ‘Breakthrough’, taken from an album of the same name to be released on July 18th via his own J&R Adventures.

My take on this shattering new song is that it’s blasted out with a huge main riff, heading off on a dizzying array of genres that are thrown out from his guitar neck to make for a hard and heavy four minutes of fretboard fury, backed by some sumptuous blues prowess, doo wop handclaps, soul fuelled backing vocals, but the icing on the cake is his guitar solos that will leave you breathless!
