The acclaimed groove rock quintet have lifted the track from their highly praised debut album, Like a Machine, which is also out now.
KARMAN LINE are an intriguing and diverse five-piece destined for increased international recognition. Born in 2021 and hailing from UAE, the crew is comprised of Greg Brown – Vocals, Tristan Surina – Guitar, Frank Bassiouni – Guitar, Petar Milošević – Bass Guitar, and Danny Langston – Drums. KARMAN LINE delightfully fuse fuzzy foot-stomping rhythms with soaring arena rock-esque hooks to express an endless supply of soul and groove. The group take from the old and new, and draw in from Led Zeppelin and Thin Lizzy, throughout to Pearl Jam, and Rival Sons.
After two years in the making, KARMAN LINE released their masterful debut album, Like A Machine, in May 2023. The record was produced by Sandeep Sequeria, and singles taken from the album swept across the airwaves throughout the UK and US. The album picked up rich critical acclaim. Classic Rock Magazine included the band as one of their Tracks of the Week, and also featured the quintet, stating that the release was a “tight, swaggering hit of bluesy hard rock with a flannel-shirted 90s bent, a slightly funky edge and the classic chops of Purple, Zeppelin and co in its DNA”. While Powerplay Magazine went further and handed the record a superb 10/10 review, citing the album as ‘Phenomenal’ and possessing ‘grungy bluesy rock brilliance’. ERB Magazine also backed the album gifting it an 8/10 review and labeling the release as ‘Outstanding’ and containing vocals that ‘Josh Homme would be jealous of…’. The album also garnered strong support from Fireworks Magazine, Loudwire, Moshville Times, Maximum Music Volume, and many others.
The band charge onwards with the release of their hugely infectious new single, Loose On The Weekend. The guys remark about the song: “This is definitely one of the funkiest tracks on the record. It’s about giving less of yourself and your peace of mind to the unavoidable pressures of life, work and everything in between. It’s about allowing yourself to let loose and get a little crazy every once in a while.”
The build is well and truly on for these rising hard rockers with KARMAN LINE set to ascend even higher during the coming months and beyond. Just watch this space……
