Last In Line and Talisman have been confirmed as the headliners for the third annual Frontiers Rock Festival, which takes place in Trezzo Sull’Adda, outside Milan, on April 23/24.
Last In Line – featuring original Dio members Vivian Campbell, Vinny Appice and Jimmy Bain, plus vocalist Andrew Freeman – follow up the release of their debut album, ‘Heavy Crown’ this coming February with their only European live performance of 2016 when they headline the Saturday night (April 23). They will be joined by Treat, Drive She Said, The Treatment, Find Me, Shiraz Lane and No Hot Ashes.
The surviving members of Talisman – Jeff Scott Soto, Jamie Borger and Pontus Norgren, joined for the occasion by bassist Johan Niemann (Evergrey) and keyboardist BJ (SOTO) – who reunited in 2014 for a one-off performance at the ‘Sweden Rock Festival’, will deliver another exclusive performance on the Sunday night (April 24). The bill will be completed by Trixter, The Graham Bonnet Band, The Defiants, Terry Brock, Inglorious and Blood Red Saints.
There also will be an exclusive, VIP-only acoustic show on the Friday (April 22), headlined by Kip Winger and featuring performances Claus Lessman and Michael Voss (Bonfire/Casanova/Phantom 5), Paul Laine (The Defiants), Terry Brock/Mark Mangold (Drive, She Said/Strangeways) and Robbie LaBlanc (Find Me/Blanc Faces).
