Following on from last month’s interpretation of ALICE COOPER’s ‘Poison’,THE LOUNGE KITTENS bounce back (yes we went there) with a brand new video for SYSTEM OF A DOWN’s 2001 classic ‘Bounce’. This latest single arrives on the eve of the release of their debut album, ‘Sequins & C-Bombs’, funded by a hugely successful PLEDGE MUSIC campaign that saw them smash over 200% of their target.
“We decided to release Bounce alongside the album because, let’s face it, we’ve been a bit serious of late and this song perfectly encapsulates TLK.” SaysJEN (the red one). “It’s silly, it’s fast and it makes very little sense”
“The System of a Down original is already a total riot so we had a blast making a ridiculous video to go with it.” Continues ZAN (The Pink One) “What else were we really gonna do? Bouncing. Simple as that!”
“We have spent YEARS trying to work out which System of a Down song to do. There are just so many bangers in their back catalogue. In the end, we felt Bounce was a less obvious choice but no less punchy. But we may have a couple more up our sleeve in the future” concludes TIMIA (The Blue One)
