Massive Wagons – New Album “House Of Noise” Smashes UK Charts

NEW ALBUM HOUSE OF NOISE DEBUTS IN UK NATIONAL CHART AT #9

TREADMILL MARATHON RAISES OVER 400% OF TARGET
IN SUPPORT OF MIND CHARITY

UK TOUR IN MARCH 2021

The unstoppable Lancaster anthemic rock band did it again!!! Massive Wagons’ highly anticipated brand new album House Of Noise was released on Friday 17th July, via Earache and today debuts at #9 in the UK national chart, #1 in both rock and indie charts and #3 in the vinyl chart!

Massive Wagons celebrated their success alongside the rock community with an innovative and heartwarming initiative in aid of mental health charity Mind. On Thursday the band ran a 26 miles marathon and called on all their fans to support their endeavour and help sustain Mind. The result was incredible and the band was able to raise over 400% of their initial target!

House Of Noise is the follow up to the chart-busting Full Nelson, a UK Top 20 hit in 2018. This is the band’s fifth studio album and easily their most accomplished work to date. House Of Noise brings together all of the infectious elements that have endeared Massive Wagons to fans of maximum force rock n’ roll – a raucous rabble-rousing sense of community, straightforward from-the-heart lyrics, and an irresistible combination of pop melody and street-smart hooks.

The album contains 12 tracks that vary from the high octane opener In It Together, to the anthemic title track and the frankly ludicrous, but hilarious, The Curry Song, via the brooding menace of Hero and bittersweet lament of Sad, Sad Song.  The entire experience overflows with personality and passion, and sounds like nothing else. Massive Wagons have definitely found their groove. House Of Noise is a prime example of the band’s commitment to bring mental health in the forefront of the conversation. House Of Noise is Massive Wagons most accomplished record, and as such, each track presents many layers, telling a different story. The title track explores different sides of how we experience mental health; Sad, Sad Song describes the struggles with anxiety and panic attacks.

Massive Wagons are: Barry ‘Baz’ Mills – vocals, Adam Thistlethwaite – guitars, Stephen Holl – guitars, Alex Thistlethwaite – drums and Adam ‘Bowz’ Bouskill – bass.
