Rising UK metallers, NEPHILIM, draw from a range of contemporary metal. The North-East riff beasts have picked up favourable descriptors likening their sound to Avenged Sevenfold, Trivium, Killswitch Engage and Asking Alexandria. The ascending quintet have just revealed a new single, Remember Me, out now – http://hyperurl.co/dkjcae . The track is taken from the band’s debut album, Demonic Society, which is out on Friday 20th September.
Originally formed in late 2016, NEPHILIM hail from Stockton-On-Tees, and provide the true metal package: insane drums, chuggy riffs and killer dual guitars, enhanced with a mixture of both clean and unclean vocals. To date, the newcomers have dropped two singles, Wicked Times – https://youtu.be/U5AQF5-K4_U and their debut single, Fuelled By Hate – https://youtu.be/7DR5X-WwUmM , and with the release of their next single, Remember Me, everything is in place for the launch of the band’s debut album, Demonic Society.
The band’s forthcoming album, Demonic Society, is a colossal step up for the band. Bursting with heavily driven metalcore, hard-hitting drums, and layered melodic leads, all offset by aggressive and dynamic vocals, NEPHILIM have created a record that will stand the test of time. The band remark about the album: “Demonic Society is the product of our hard work over the last two years. We’ve gone through various member changes, broadened our influences and developed during the process. The album includes a range of songs that we believe reflects today’s ‘Demonic Society’ ”.
With a host of shows planned for the Autumn, including a special album launch on Friday 20th September at The Georgian Theatre in Stockton, the future is a very bright one for NEPHILIM.
