REVELLER will unleash their new video single for ‘Drown’, on Friday 8th April.

Oxford melodic metal chiefs ‘Reveller’ are primed to etch a prominent name for themselves within the UK metal scene.  Serving up an ear-shattering sound that marks their intention and throws down their manifesto, the driven quintet are ready to hurl themselves into the national arena, and have the perfect bait in the shape of their new lyric video ‘Drown’, which is unleashed on Friday 8th April.

Reveller started life in 2014 with old school friends John Gould on guitar and Gavin Hobbs lashing out the beats, along with new friend Dan Ashby handling guitar duties. However, it wasn’t until new vocalist Mattias Winchez joined the crew in the Summer of 2015 that everything began to shift for the groove metallers. The unit then recruited new bassist Ryan Clayton and set about reshaping their set. With a change in sound and keen focus on melody and groove, Reveller are ready to take centre stage.

The band’s new single ‘Drown’ was produced and recorded by Romesh Dodangoda (Bullet For My Valentine / Bring Me The Horizon) and it’s an explosive debut, loaded with soaring melodic passages and brutal riffery that twists and turns at every corner. The five-piece exhibit their deft ability to fuse and meld genres, distilling influence from everyone from Killswitch Engage and Protest The Hero to Metallica and TesseracT. With plans afoot for further recording and shows, Reveller are sure to rise this year.
