Orange County, California based country rockers Robert Jon And The Wreck are gathering no dust as they return with a brand new single “Sittin’ Pretty”, the second single taken from an upcoming 2025 studio album, released via Journeyman Records The first single ‘Ashes In The Snow’ was quite laid back, but the new one hits harder and heavier. Lead vocalist Robert Jon Burrison adds that “Sittin’ Pretty” was the working title birthed from a rocking jam in the writing room”.
Lead guitarist Henry James adds “I had a heavy rock, call and response riff with a jammed vocal melody”.
“To my ears it hurtles along the tracks like a runaway train of wrist snapping snare drum prowess, riffs that will stay in your head for days, air guitar inducing fretboard burning solos, sonic boom bass guitar overload, earworm keyboard swathes, all topped off by a lungbusting lead vocal par excellence!”
