The mighty swiss rockers Sideburn will enter the studio “in January 2016” to begin recording the follow-up to 2013’s “Electrify.”
Drummer Lionel Blanc said: “The composition process is almost over as we have so far 12 songs that are more or less finished. Expect some straight ahead rock’n’roll and some great surprises….”
Regarding the songwriting process Mike Riffart said: “It’s very collaborative, Roland, Lawrence & myself bring riffs in and the whole band decide to use them or not, then we play it till we are able to create the whole structure. Then Nick & Roland work on the lyrics to put together the catchier song.”
The new album will be be released during the summer of 2016.
