Returning in style with the tub-thumping Everybody Used To Love You. There’s no masquerading as Silverjet deliver a  smasher of a song. The meaty, note-bending guitar intro catches your attention and singer, Dave Kerr’s gritty vocals snarl out the semi-venomous lyrics of  ‘I hate the liars, fakes and phoneys, you think you’re something but you don’t fool me, whatever happened to you’  as he slides into the anthemic chorus of  ‘everybody used to love you’.

Whilst still maintaining their upbeat persona that Silverjet is known for. I like the edgy side you get on this single. From the hooky-riffs to the sing-a-long chorus, it reminds me in part of Guns n Roses You Could Be Mine. Sounding every bit like rock-stars, Everybody Used to Love You is also super radio-friendly.

The band has debuted the song live before and it’s even better now they have a great video to accompany the single. Boosting its impact, you now can enjoy the track alone or enhance it and watch the video performance.
