Breakout Los Angeles rock n’ roll outfit SINNER SINNERS and Jesse Hughes of renowned California rock band Eagles of Death Metal recently teamed to perform a cover of the EODM track “I Want You So Hard” for a live performance music video. “I Want You So Hard” was the first single released from the EODM record Death By Sexy. SINNER SINNERS and Jesse have been friends, neighbors, and studio-sharers for a good while now – but one night, a random jam session turned into a bright idea.
“Jesse is actually our neighbor and we also happen to practice at the same studio, Bedrock in Echo Park. One night we were jamming together and started playing this song, he knew it somehow,” jokes Steve Thill. “And of course you always get bright ideas at 5:00am. We were having this private showcase party type of thing the next day so we thought, come up on stage and let’s play this one.”
