Stevie R. Pearce And The Hooligans – Rip It Out (single)
They’re back! Stevie R. Pearce And The Hooligans are back with all guns blazing on upcoming single Rip It Out and they certainly do which makes it bode well for an upcoming studio album to. The single is a three minute warning tirade of teeth gnashing rage. An eerie intro is blasted away by riffs that buzz and burn like a swarm of angry wasps, backed by snare drumming that snap at your ankles like a rabid dog.
A raging vocal of piss and vinegar sees a clenched fist chorus of “Tear my heart out, spite my soul. Shut your mouth, do what you’re told. Tear my heart out, spite my soul. Rip it out for rock and roll”. A bombastic midsection sees the snares come to the fore as a headbanging groove and guitar solo bring it to a visceral end.
