It’s time to rattle those crates as The Milk Men return with ‘Give A Little Love’, third single taken from their recently released fifth studio album “Holy Cow!”, following the previous single ‘One Man Band’ and ‘Hungover’. ‘Give A Little Love’ is a bit more restrained, but still packs a punch as lead singer Jamie Smy adds,“This is a funky old track where we get to channel our inner Stevie Wonder”.
My take on the single is that it’s time to move all your furniture to one side, put on your dancing shoes and bust some moves to some funky music till you die! Delightful guitar earworms flow through this gritty little ditty, for a party starting and finishing three thirst quenching minutes delivered with a melodic rasp.
This never ending round sees them touring hard in 2024 and many 2025 dates are already planned.
