I caught up with the guys from Praying Mantis at the end of the  second night of Les Fest, Scotland’s first dedicated Rock and Metal Festival!

I had a few requests to find out a brief history of the band which we did discuss as well as their fantastic set and also get their thoughts on the festival itself.
