I managed to catch a quick talk with Dan Hawkins and new drummer Rufus Taylor from The Darkness at Download Festival this year. We discussed the band’s secret slot, supporting Lady Gaga and famous family connections (because let’s be honest, how many other well-known drummers with the surname ‘Taylor’ are there?)
