Summary:

November 5th arrives early as gunpowder plotters Bang Bang Firecracker light the fuse for brand new EP Hear Evil, released on May 22nd 2022.

Welcome back Bang Bang Firecracker who have returned with the Hear Evil EP,released on May 22nd 2022, part two that follows part one, See Evil in July 2021 of the trilogy See Evil, Hear Evil and Speak Evil. It’s another full on release from the Stoke based trio who kick out the jams from the off with ‘The Power Of The 72′. A howled feedbacked intro sets the mood perfectly as the main riff is an all consuming black hole of doom as it thunders along throughout until it’s stopped in its tracks by a facemelting guitar solo of fretboard wizardry and closes on a headbanging chug.

There is no pause for breath as Godzilla stomps up the heaviness ante as ‘Set The World Ablaze’ fires up the churning riffs for a molten metal maelstrom and an almost spoken word vocal adds more intensity to an already potent track.

The EP ends far too soon as genocide truly sums up the metal monster ‘Father Genocide’. A drum and bass intro (not the shit that you hear on the radio) heralds hypnotic riffing that draws you in and doesn’t let you go until these fast and furious five minutes implode on an astonishing full throttle thrash metal outro and the feedback that opened up the EP.
