Blues Pills guitarist Dorrian Sorriaux has won plenty of praise for his playing in the band, but for his solo EP release, he’s taken a very different direction musically. It’s not Blues rock – it’s psychedelic Folk. It’s quite a laid back pace, and is primarily acoustic guitar with some piano and vibraphone.
The vocals are a real surprise – while he’s known as a guitarist, he’s got a fantastic voice that really does sound a lot like Neil Young, and the acoustic folky songs do sound like something you can imagine Neil Young playing.

Check out the title track and hear for yourself just how good this is.

“Hungry ghost” will be released on 29th June 2018 via Soulseller records
