Summary:

A fun rocking track that starts with a NWOBHM feel before turning into extraterrestrial schlock.

Ireland’s Lugosi formed in 2016, and was influenced by the unholy quadrilogy of beer, books, movies and music. They embarked on a mission to make heavy music informed by horror and science fiction. Like an Ed Wood movie transmitted through rock and roll, they have created a cartoon catalogue of monsters and myths.

With the new single Lugosi have come from outer space with a real retro groove and a style of 1980’s NWOBHM. It is a song of two haves. The verses display deep gruff vocals and a spoken word that brings a theatrical feel. The instrumental half starts with an extraterrestrial interlude which brings to mind images of somebody being probed. Lugosi then brings the riff back to end this fun track on a rocking note. They Came From Outer Space is the musical equivalent of a b-movie, a moment of much needed escapism.

The single will be released on 6th February 2021 and can be preorded from the link below.
